Up to $100,000 in Down Payment Assistance available. 

 

NPHS Opportunity Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance

Provides up to $50,000 in the form of a low-interest loan for each eligible household to be used towards the down payment for the purchase of a home within the Inland Empire.

Individual Development Accounts to assist low-income persons to help save buy a home, start or expand a business or college education: continuing education. 

 

Down Payment Assistance & Homeownership Education 

Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) Program entitles qualified homebuyers to reduce the amount of their federal income tax liability by an amount equal to a portion of the interest paid during the year on a home mortgage. This tax credit allows the buyer to qualify more easily for a loan by increasing the effective income of the buyer.

Zillow Down Payment Assistance Program
